Earlier this week, Norm and I went to La' Berry Frozen Yogurt Cafe which happens to be conveniently located right around the corner from our house. It sits in a cute little (and bright) building so we figured we would go check it out.
WHAT A FUN PLACE!!
You go in and they give you little sample cups. Then you go over to the "flavor bar" (that's what I'm calling it) and you can try all eight flavors of frozen yogurt (for us, these included fudgealicious, taro, cookies and cream, vanilla, cake batter, no sugar added mint, watermelon and pomegranate).
After you decide what flavor(s) you like, you grab a cup and serve yourself as much quantities of one (or all) flavor(s) as your heart desires. Just like this:
Then you go over to the first toppings bar and add fun things to your cup. The other toppings bars included fruits, syrups, crunchy things like almonds, coconut, candied pecans, etc. I think they advertised over 80 toppings....
Then they weigh it for you and you pay $0.45 per ounce... we weighed ours together and it came to a total of $9.05. Now that I look at this picture closely, I think it's quite obvious that the weight of my cup contributed more to the $9.05 total than Norm's....
After that, you sit in the cute and bright little place (which by the way has an awesome porch, so we will be back when the weather warms up - that's for sure) and enjoy your frozen treat!!
The end.

We have one in Augusta called "Tuti Fruti", same concept. And very yummy indeed! :0)
