There are 20 mile per hour wind gusts and the temperature (including wind chill factor) is about 33 degrees and Pellet is loving it - he's spent the last 3 hours outside, doing this:

Poor babies! It's pretty cold up here too. Last week we got snowed in, more or less, and the next day it rained and it all froze over. My friend's shih-tzu puppies kept slipping and tipping over like those little turtle things on Super Mario Bros. And right now it's 21, but it feels like 6, according to the Weather Channel.
Looks like Pellet was meant to live up north somewhere.
