Four and a half months later, we can finally say: WE ARE LANDLORDS!!!
Well, sort of I suppose, because we are hiring a property management company, but still - we can finally start saving the second monthly rent!
A huge thanks to Margie at Marge at Large for all her hard work which involved getting stood up by "interested" people on Sunday afternoons, showings at 8:30am on rainy Mondays as well as countless emails and texts at every and any time of day and day of week.
